Welcome to ALPHA INK PRINT LLC, doing business as ALPHA INK PRINT CO. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at www.alphainkprint.co and any related products or services.
By accessing or using our Services, placing an order, creating an account, uploading artwork, or communicating with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Orders + Services

Order Acceptance

- Orders involving prohibited, unlawful, or infringing content may be rejected.
Pricing

- You agree to pay all charges associated with your order.
- Quotes may expire or change based on product availability, quantity, turnaround time, or production needs.
Production + Fulfillment
- Production timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Delays may occur due to supply chain issues, artwork approvals, product availability, shipping carriers, or other external factors.
- Rush orders may be available but are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
Payments
We accept payments through Squarespace Payments, Stripe, Square, PayPal, and other available payment methods.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We may use third-party processors to complete transactions and do not store full payment card information directly.
Shipping + Local Pickup
- Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.
- Risk of loss may transfer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.
- Local pickup orders must be collected within a reasonable timeframe after pickup notification.
- Unclaimed pickup orders may be subject to cancellation, disposal, or additional handling/storage limitations.
User Accounts
You may create an account to access certain features, place orders, manage information, or review order history.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
User Content + Artwork Rights
When you submit designs, artwork, logos, text, images, files, or other materials ("User Content"), you represent and warrant that you own or have secured all necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and releases required for us to reproduce, modify, print, manufacture, and fulfill your order.
You grant ALPHA INK PRINT CO. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, process, and display your User Content solely as necessary to provide the Services, fulfill your order, prepare proofs or mockups, manufacture products, and support related business operations.
We do not independently verify ownership, licensing, trademark clearance, copyright status, or usage rights for submitted content.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ALPHA INK PRINT LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, vendors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from your submitted User Content, your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
This includes claims involving copyright, trademark, publicity rights, privacy rights, defamation, unauthorized use of designs, logos, brand assets, images, names, slogans, or other protected materials.
DMCA / Copyright Policy
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe content submitted through our Services infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice including:
- Your name and contact information
- A description of the copyrighted work
- The location or description of the allegedly infringing material
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is unauthorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your claim is accurate
- Your physical or electronic signature

We may remove allegedly infringing content, reject related orders, and suspend or terminate repeat infringers.
Proofs + Print Accuracy
- Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs before production.
- Once approved, we are not liable for errors in spelling, design placement, sizing, artwork, colors, or other details.
- Colors may vary between screens, mockups, proofs, garments, materials, and final printed products.
- Slight variations in placement, sizing, texture, material, and finish may occur due to production processes.
- We do not guarantee exact color matching unless separately agreed in writing.
Returns, Refunds + Cancellations
Because most ALPHA INK PRINT CO. products are custom-made, personalized, or produced to order, all sales are generally final once production begins.
Refunds or reprints may be issued only for:
- Manufacturing defects
- Errors caused by us
- Issues approved by ALPHA INK PRINT CO. after review
Refunds are not issued for:
- Customer-submitted artwork errors
- Incorrect sizes, colors, quantities, or product selections submitted by the customer
- Minor color, placement, material, or production variations
- Delays outside our control
- Change-of-mind requests after production begins
Cancellation requests must be submitted promptly and may not be honored once production, sourcing, customization, or order preparation has started.
Marketing Communications
By providing your contact information, you agree that we may send transactional communications such as order updates, pickup notifications, fulfillment updates, and customer support messages.
If you opt in, we may also send promotional emails, SMS messages, offers, updates, and marketing communications. You may opt out at any time.
SMS Terms
By opting into SMS communications, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and transactional text messages from ALPHA INK PRINT CO. Consent is not required as a condition of purchase.

- That every submitted design or production method will be suitable for every product
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALPHA INK PRINT LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities, goodwill, or reputation.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, submitted prohibited content, misused our Services, or created legal, operational, or security risk.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the Site, your order, or our Services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Illinois, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
