Shipping Info

Processing Time
In-stock B2C shop items ship within 24-48 hours of order placement. Custom apparel orders ship within 24-48 hours of proof approval. Specialty and wholesale partner items may take 5-10 business days — we'll always communicate the timeline upfront.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on order size and destination. Carrier selection is made at our discretion to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery for your order.
Tracking
All shipped orders include tracking information sent to your email address at the time of shipment. For B2B orders, tracking is provided directly by your account contact.
Chicago Pick-Up
Local Chicago clients can opt for pick-up instead of shipping. Pick-up is available by appointment — contact us to arrange a pick-up time after your order is complete.
Shipping Destinations
We ship anywhere in the United States — Chicago, Midwest, East Coast, West Coast, and beyond. We do not currently ship internationally.

Returns Info

Custom Orders — Final Sale
All custom orders are produced specifically for you and are final sale. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom apparel, print products, or branded merchandise unless there is a production error or defect on our end.
Production Errors & Defects
If your order arrives with a production error or defect caused by us — wrong design, wrong size, wrong product, print defect — we will reprint or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
B2C Shop Returns
In-stock shop items may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery if the item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Sale items and limited drops are final sale. Contact us to initiate a return.
Damaged in Shipping
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue — replacement or refund depending on the situation.
How to Start a Return
Email us or fill out the contact form with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We respond within 24 hours and will guide you through the resolution process.

Shipping & Returns FAQ

Can I change my order after it's placed?
Changes can be made to custom orders before production begins — typically within 2 hours of order confirmation. Once production has started, changes cannot be made. For B2C shop orders, cancellations or changes may be possible if the order has not yet shipped — contact us immediately.
What if my package is lost in transit?
If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, first check with neighbors and your building. If it's still missing, contact us within 7 days and we'll open a claim with the carrier. We'll work to get you a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Do you offer free shipping?
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions through our email list and social media — follow us and subscribe to stay informed. Standard shipping rates apply otherwise and are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
