Common Questions.

When do I get paid?
Commission payouts are processed monthly — at the end of each calendar month based on your total attributed sales for that period. You'll receive your payout via your preferred payment method within 5 business days of month close.
Is there a minimum sales requirement?
No minimum. You earn commission on every attributed sale from dollar one. There's no quota and no pressure — sell at your own pace and earn accordingly.
How are my sales tracked?
Every rep receives a unique promo code and affiliate link tracked through our Shopify platform. Online sales through your link and in-person sales using your promo code are both counted toward your monthly volume.
Can I sell in person at events?
Yes — reps can sell in person at pop-ups, markets, and events using their promo code tracked through Shopify POS. Some reps may also be invited to staff brand activation events on an hourly basis in addition to commission.
What products can I sell?
Reps can sell all Alpha Ink products and services — B2C shop items, custom apparel orders, marketing services, and print products. The more you sell across categories, the faster your monthly volume grows.
How do I get the free merch?
Every approved rep receives a welcome merch package after onboarding is complete. Additional merch may be provided for high-performing reps and brand activation events.
